So when it comes to criminal psychology, it is a common distinction that psychopaths are born, and sociopaths are made. Upon revealing his traumatic experience with his mother it will come of no surprise that he is most likely a sociopath. Now if he were a psychopath he would most likely be more methodical and in control, dead eyed with no regard to the anonymity of the victim thus viewing him/her not as a person but as a thing to exterminate. Since this is most likely Sociopathy it is accurate that he taunts and plays with his victim while displaying a lack of control of his emotions, hence the constant mood swings from energetic and jolly to serious and somewhat frustrated. Now I could be wrong, and as this is most likely not supposed to be an accurate portrayal of a serial killer, he does at some points lean slightly towards psychopathy but more so heavily towards sociopathy. All in all very entertaining, I think an acting coach to polish up some of his body language would send him straight to a Netflix series.
