MUSHROOM DO PYAZA Ingredients 1 cup button mushrooms, quartered 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped 1 medium onion, peeled, cut into cubes and layers separated 2 tbsps oil 1 green chilli, slit + for garnish 1 tsp ginger paste 1 medium tomato, chopped ½ cup fresh tomato puree ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste 1 medium green capsicum, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes 1 tbsp fresh cream 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander Fresh coriander sprig for garnish Laccha paranthe to serve Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chilli, green chilli, ginger paste and mix well. Add chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown. 2. Add tomato, mix and cook till pulpy. Add tomato puree and sauté for a minute. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté for a minute. 3. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add diced onion, capsicum and mushrooms and mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. 4. Add fresh cream and chopped coriander and mix well. Cook for a few seconds and take the pan off the heat. 5. Take some Mushrooms, peel them off and wash the Mushrooms properly and chop them into pieces. Keep the pan on the flame, put some oil in it and put roughly chopped Onion, long Green Chilli, roughly chopped Tomato, Mushroom and roast them separately. Then take them out on a plate. In the same pan put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, finely chopped Onion, grated Ginger and saute them. Then put Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Curd, ground Tomato, Salt to taste & roast it properly till it releases oil. Then put fried Mushroom in it, and cover it and cook it well. After then put roasted Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Cashew Nuts Paste in it, mix it and cook it for 5 minutes. Then put roasted Onion, and some hot water in it and cook it for a while. Serve it with Green Chilli, fried and seedless Tomato, some Coriander Leaves. #mushroomrecipes #mushroomdopyaza #sabzirecipe Mushroom Do Pyaza Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS Mushrooms - 360 grams Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Dry red chili - 3 Black peppercorns - 4 Cloves - 3 pods Green cardamom - 2 pods Black cardamom - 1 pod Star anise - 2 Curd - 230 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon Red chili - 1 teaspoon Turmeric - 1 teaspoon Paprika - 1 teaspoon Oil - 50 milliliters Onions - 170 grams Garlic - 1 tablespoon Ginger - 1 tablespoon Tomato puree - 250 milliliters Green chili - 1 tablespoon Onions - 90 grams Fenugreek leaves - 2 tablespoons Coriander - 2 tablespoons PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 360 grams mushrooms, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well. 2. Marinate for 10 - 15 minutes. 3. Take a pan, add 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 3 dry red chili, 4 black peppercorns, 3 pods cloves, 2 pods green cardamom, 1 pod black cardamom, 2 star anise and dry roast until it turns golden brown in color. 4. Remove it from heat and transfer it to a mortar. 5. Crush them with the help of a pestle. 6. In a mixing bowl, add 230 grams curd, add the crushed spices, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon paprika and mix it well. Keep aside. 7. Heat 50 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 170 grams onions and fry till translucent. 8. Add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and saute until it turns golden brown in color. 9. Now, add 250 milliliters tomato puree, 1 tablespoon green chili and mix it well. 10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 11. Add the prepared curd mixture and mix it well. 12. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 8 minutes on medium heat. 13. Open the lid and give it a nice stir. 14. Then, add the marinated mushrooms and mix it well. 15. Bring it to a boil. 16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 17. Add 90 grams onions, 2 tablespoons fenugreek leaves and mix it well 18. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 19. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well. 20. Garnish with coriander. 21. Serve hot with roti or naan.

Keep aside for further use. For Onion Tomato Masala In a kadai or a pan, add oil, once it's hot, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add onion and saute it until translucent, add prepared ginger garlic paste, saute for 1-2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, degi red chili powder, coriander powder and saute for a minute. Add tomatoes, tomato puree and let it cook for a while. For Kadhai Masala In a pan, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds black peppercorns , green cardamom, salt to taste and dry roast everything well. Let it cool to room temperature, transfer it to a grinder jar and grind it into a coarse powder. Add red chili flakes, dry fenugreek leaves and mix well. Keep it aside for further use. For Tempering In a kadai, add oil, once it’s hot, add mushroom and saute it on high flame. Drain out the water sweated by mushroom, add onion, capsicum, salt to taste and saute for 1-2 minutes. Then add tomatoes and saute it. Add onion tomato masala and mix everything well. Add water, dry fenugreek leaves and let it simmer for a while or until thick. To finish the kadhai mushroom, add fresh coriander leaves and transfer it onto a serving dish. Once the onions turn light golden brown, add in the ginger garlic & chilli paste, stir well & cook until the onions turn completely golden brown. Further lower the flame & add in all the powdered spices along with a splash of hot water, stir & cook over medium for a minute or two so that the spices get cooked. Add tomatoes, salt, stir well then cover & cook until the tomatoes get completely mushy, remove the lid & stir occasionally. Once the tomatoes are cooked, lower the flame, whisk the curd & add it into the kadhai, stir well then cook over medium to high flame until the oil gets separated, if the gravy gets dry you can add hot water as required & continue to cook it further. Add the cashew nut paste once the oil gets separated, stir & cook for 2-3 minutes & then add the mushrooms along with salt to taste, stir well then cover & cook the mushrooms for 8-10 minutes over medium to low flame, you can remove the lid and stir occasionally. Once the mushrooms are cooked, taste the gravy & adjust the seasoning according, then lastly add roasted kasuri methi powder, garam masala & chopped fresh coriander, stir well. MUSHROOM DO PYAZA GOAN STYLE Ingredients 200 grams button mushrooms, halved 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium onion, diced and layers separated 2 tablespoons oil 3-4 garliccloves, chopped 2 small tomatoes, chopped ½ teaspoon garam masala powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin-coriander powder 1½ tablespoons fresh cream 2 slit green chillies for garnish Fresh coriander sprigs for garnish Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Grind half chopped onion and garlicto a fine paste in a mixer with a little water if required. 3. Add this paste to the pan and sauté for a minute. Add the tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft. 4. Add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin-coriander powder and mix well. Cook on high heat. 5. Add salt and mix. Add mushrooms and diced onion and mix well. Sprinkle a little water, cover and cook for two to three minutes. 6. Add cream, mix well and remove from heat. 7. Wash 200 grams of mushrooms thoroughly and take them out, do not keep them in water for long because they start swelling. Wipe them well with a cloth, then remove the stalk and cut the mushroom slices. 2. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Reduce the flame to low and put ½ tsp of cumin, ½ tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of coriander powder and 1 tbsp of dry fenugreek (crush and remove the stalk) in the hot oil. Fry them lightly. 3. Then add tomato-green chilli-ginger-cashew paste (2 tomatoes, 1 green chilli, ½ inch of ginger and 10-12 cashew nuts) to it. Then after mixing them, add 1.5 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder and fry it on low-medium flame, stirring it for a while. 4. After roasting, add ¼ cup of fresh cream and fry the spices till they leave the oil. Then add chopped mushrooms, ¾ tsp of salt and some green coriander to it. Mix them well and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add ½ cup of water and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. 5. When the time is up, put a sachet of Maggi Masala-e-Magic in it. Mix it well and cover the vegetable and cook for 2 minutes. When the time is up, mushroom masala curry will be ready. Serve it with roti, paratha, naan or rice and enjoy the taste. Then add onion saute it until light golden brown. Now add degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder saute for a minute. Then add capsicum, tomatoes and saute properly for 2-3 minutes, now cover and let it cook on medium low heat for 8-10 minutes or until soft. Add some water, bring it to a boil and switch off the flames and let it cool down properly. Once cooled grind it into a fine paste and keep aside for further use. For Bhindi Do Pyaza In a kadai heat oil and add black cardamom, onion, lady finger, ginger-garlic paste and saute for 4-5 minutes or until cooked. Now add salt, tomato saute for a minute and add the prepared gravy saute and cook it until a minute then finish with coriander leaves. Serve hot. For Aloo Do Pyaza In a kadai heat oil and add black cardamom, onion, ginger-garlic paste, potatoes and saute for 3-4 minutes or until light brown. Now add salt, the prepared gravy sauté and cook it until a minute then finish with coriander leaves. Serve hot. For Paneer Do Pyaza In a kadai heat oil and add black cardamom, onion, ginger-garlic paste, paneer and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until light brown. Now add salt, the prepared gravy saute, spring onion and cook it until a minute then finish with coriander leaves. #MushroomkiSabzi #MashroomCurry #MushroomMasalaRecipe #MasrumkiSabji #MasrumMaslaRecipe INGREDIENTS LIST - बटन मशरूम के 2 पैकेट 2 प्याज 1 इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा लहसुन की 10 कलियाँ आधा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर आधा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर आधा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर 1 चुटकी काली मिर्च पाउडर आधा चम्मच गरम मसाला 1 चम्मच मटन मसाला लहसुन की 2 कलियाँ धनिए के पत्ते नमक (स्वादानुसार) 4 चम्मच दही सर्सो टेल 2 तेज पत्ते आधा चम्मच जीरा कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर हल्दी पाउडर INSTRUCTION - 2 प्याज काट कर भून लीजिए - तले हुए प्याज, 1 इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा और 10 लहसुन की कलियां, बिना पानी डाले पीस लें इसमें आधा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर, आधा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर, आधा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर, एक चुटकी काली मिर्च पाउडर, आधा चम्मच गरम मसाला और 1 चम्मच मटन मसाला मिलाएं. लहसुन की 2 कलियाँ और हरा धनिया डालें स्वादानुसार नमक डालें इसमें लगभग 4 चम्मच दही मिलाएं ढककर 10 मिनिट के लिये रख दीजिये - एक पैन में सरसों का तेल गर्म करें और उसमें 2 तेजपत्ता, आधा चम्मच जीरा और साबुत मसाले डालें मसाले को भून लीजिए और इसमें आधा चम्मच कश्मीरी मिर्च और आधा चम्मच हल्दी डाल दीजिए इसमें मशरूम डालकर भून लें ढककर धीमी आंच पर मशरूम पकने तक पकाएं - ग्रेवी बनाने के लिए प्याज का पानी डालें ढककर धीमी आंच पर लहसुन पकने तक पकाएं यदि आवश्यक हो तो मसाला चखें और समायोजित करें चावल के साथ परोसें और आनंद लें For Business and Sponsorship - paurushakame209🤍gmail.com Music Credit NCS (NoCopyrightSounds) LIKE, SHARE & SUBSCRIBE HOPE U ENJOY THE DISH...
