These sellers must really be waiting for dumb youtubers paying way to much for a total. How much could you get stripping it for parts that arent wasted? Even 50k sounds rediculous. Where would you find a buyer who needs a certain part and would prefer that garbage to a new part?
Even after restoration: Who would dare to drive that thing fast after it was full of water and some amateurs (everyone not the manufacturer counts as an amateur) patched it together? The only potential this thing has is scamming naive buyers.
