Went from JIuYoQyEitg&t=33m50s 33:50 to JIuYoQyEitg&t=28m36s 28:36 in 8 weeks. Trained 4-5x a week with two hard sessions a week the rest easy
I just ran a 35 minute 5K and it had me thinking about how to calculate the number of calories in a bullet. 22 minutes for a 5K is sustaining a 7 minute mile for 22 minutes. How. I’m not even really asking, I’m just exclaiming. HOW!

I am doing a challenge with a Kickbike (I'm new to it). I am currently JIuYoQyEitg&t=2m58s 2:58 for 1 km from a standing start on un-improved pavement. My aim is to incorporate these running techniques to help me go faster. My first goal will be JIuYoQyEitg&t=2m45s 2:45 and then I will reassess.
If you haven't looked at these Kickbikes they have a lot in common with running. I think kicking with each leg offers a person the capability to troubleshoot any disparities from one leg to the other. I have found kickbiking to be an activity with less of an impact. I was a teen when the Stone Henge was built so low-impact training means many smiles per hour.

I’m 70 been doing parkrun almost a year. My pb 30.51. Would love to slash to 30 min level. Would this shoes help? Maybe? Vote Sarah x
